Police and Fire Commission - AMENDED AGENDA

Present were: Chair Scott Scheife, Sam Schneider, Larry Owen, Jack Daniels, Chris Yatchak and with Fire Chief John Delain, Robert Asmondy, Cary Rodriguez and Ryker Holms. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: MOTION: (Chris/Jack) To Approve Minutes February 13, 2025. Roll call vote motion was carried unanimously at (5:45) p.m. NEW BUSINESS: Conduct Interviews of Internal Candidates for Lieutenant Positions. MOTION: (Chris/Sam) To convene into closed session at (5:46) p.m. and include the Police & Fire Commission and Fire Chief John Delain, Robert Asmondy, Cary Rodriguez and Ryker Holms. Roll call vote carried unanimously. The Police & Fire Commission may convene into closed session per Wis. Stats. §19.85 (1) (c) considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility and may convene into open session to take such action as it deems appropriate. MOTION: (Chris/Sam) To convene into open session at (8:07) p.m. Roll call vote carried unanimously. The Police & Fire Commission reconvened into open session. MOTION: (Chris/Jack) To create an eligibility list of all four candidates listed in alphabetical order and to be eligible for one year from February 17, 2025. Derek Beeler, Alex Diamantopolous, Sean Williams and John Wolf. Roll call vote carried unanimously at (8:08) p.m. NEXT MEETING DATE: To be determined.
