Police and Fire Commission

Present were: Chair Scott Scheife, Larry Owen, Jack Daniels, Sam Schneider and Fire Personnel Robert Asmondy and Gary Rodreguz. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: MOTION (Jack/Sam) To Approve Minutes June 30, 2025. Motion carried unanimously at 6:02. NEW BUSINESS; Conducting interview for Firefighter / Paramedic position. MOTION: (Jack / Sam) to convene into closed session at 6:03 p.m.. Motion carried unanimously. A, Conducting Interview for the Firefighter/Paramedic Position. MOTION; (Jack / Sam) to convene into closed session at (6:03) p.m. and to include the Police and Fire Commission and Other noted attendees. Motion carried unanimously. The Police & Fire Commission may convene into closed session per Wis. Stats. §19.85 (1) (c) considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility and may convene into open session to take such action as it deems appropriate. MOTION: (Sam/Jack); To reconvene the Police and Fire Commission into open session at 6:38 p.m. Motion carries unanimously. MOTION: (Jack / Sam): The Police and Fire Commission approves the candidate Veronica Dall for the Firefighter / Paramedic position. Motion carries unanimously at 6:38 p.m. NEXT MEETING DATE: TBD.
